What is your field of study? How did you come to this decision, and how many times have you changed your mind? 

I used to be a pre-nursing major. I changed to a Liberal Studies major, in Teaching & Learning for Special Education. At first I wanted to become a pediatric nurse, but once i got into the studying for the field, i realized it wasn’t for me. I then decided to go into Early Childhood Studies, but then the job processing after wasn’t that great. So then my dad brought up teaching for special education students. I thought this wasn’t a bad idea. It was something that I grew up with because my brother is a special education student. I also thought about using this ability to teach in other countries like China, Taiwan, etc. I love traveling & having it become part of my job makes it even better. That’s how I became of my major to this day. I hope it doesn’t change… it’s too long of a process….  & I’ve only changed my major once. 

If you live in the dorms, tell us about your roommates/floormates.

I definitely lived in the dorms. My roommates & suite mates were Becky, Caitlin & Kayla! They are the best people that I met at college. I honestly don’t know what I would have done if I haven’t met them. I love them to death. We’ve had so many great adventures. Throughout the whole year we got along so well, & the thing is, we were all so different from each other. Towards the end we kinda picked up a few of each other’s sayings and ways of doing things.. but that happens when you live with someone for so long. Right now as my first year has gone & is finished, I couldn’t have asked for a better freshmen year, & better roommates. They are the people that I will forever remember & will always miss having as a roommate. I love you guys to the moon & back. Have a funfunfun summer! see you guys soon! ♥

Who is the best friend you’ve met at college? How did you meet and what sort of adventures have you had?

I don’t think I’ll ever have a best friend. But I’ve made some really awesome friends this past year. From my roommates to people in Refuge. I love you guys so much & miss you. There has also been so many adventures I can’t even begin to name them. There are church adventures with Karissa & Kilauni. Then there are fun nights with Kayla and my two White Girls, Becky & Caitlin. Adventures… something i’ll never forget from my freshmen year of college! ♥

Describe the best party experience you’ve had so far.

sorry i’m behind. I haven’t really been to parties throughout college, but on the last night before freshmen year was officially over, we partied in my room. It was the best thing. I loved everyone that came and it was amazing. The friends that I had and the new friends I made. It was truly something that I will never forget. It was also when I did something for the first time, but that is for a later time. But that party was truly a party that I will never forget. thanks CI friends. you guys are amazing! ♥
